To keep employees engaged in and out of the Rec Center, semesterly programs are offered to enrich employees’ wellbeing! Two programs offered exclusively for benefits eligible employees are the Carrot Wellness App and Nutrition Consultations. Carrot Wellness incentivizes benefits eligible employees to get their steps and be rewarded financially. Nutrition Consultations provides a one on one opportunity to work through nutrition goals with a trained professional.
For all employees, including benefits and non-benefits eligible, health coaching and ergonomic assessments are great options for a more individualized experience around health and wellness goals. Other semesterly opportunities that all employees can utilize to get up and moving include pickleball tournaments, cornhole tournaments, outdoor yoga, and wellness webinars.
Annual events that all employees can look out for every year are the Poker Walk and the Benefits and Wellness Fair. At both of these events, employees can network, access numerous resources, have fun, and stay active!
